1. The amount paid by customers under this facility shall be deemed to be an advance made with M/s. Purushottam Narayan Gadgil which will be adjusted with the purchase of jewellery. The gold quantity will be booked on gold rate on the date of advance payment.
2. Customer is required to note that the excess differential gold quantity at the time of purchase against the booked value shall be charged as per the prevailing gold rate applicable on the date of physical purchase of Jewellery from their preferred M/s. Purushottam Narayan Gadgil store.
3. Customer is required to physically visit our M/s. Purushottam Narayan Gadgil store up to 30 working days from the date of advance payment to purchase and collect the jewellery. Applicable taxes will be charged at the time of purchase in the store.
4. Pertaining to this online gold booking facility, copy of valid identity proof and cancelled cheque or copy of bank passbook (Bank account number and IFSC should be clearly visible) is required at the time of advance payment for gold booking.
5. The Invoice will be billed in the same name in which the advance was received.
6. For any reason if customer wants to cancel their order then customer must visit to their nearest M/s Purushottam Narayan Gadgil store with gold booking receipt.
7. The above facility would be applicable only on online gold booking of min. 1 gram and max. 100 grams of gold in a single transaction.
8. Valid photo ID proof is mandatory to complete the purchase transaction in the store.
9. At our discretion any conditions which are not explicitly covered would be at the sole discretion of the M/s. Purushottam Narayan Gadgil. We reserve the right to revoke/differ this online advance order facility entirely at their discretion at any time.
